What is quasi-drugs?

Quasi-drugs are products that fall in between cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
Quasi-drugs are products with formulations that are recognized by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in Japan and medicated cosmetics for the purpose of prevention of symptoms.

How to store skincare products?

It is best to store your skin care products at room temperature or cooler and out of direct sunlight.

Does skincare product expire?

Yes, skincare products have a shelf-life. Unopened products have a shelf life of three years.
However, once opened, we recommend using the product as soon as possible.

Do your products contain paraben?

Yes, we limit the use of parabens in our skincare products to the minimum necessary because the base ingredient is "rice".
Also, the parabens used in RICE FORCE products are the same as those used in food.

Could RICE FORCE products make us allergic to rice?

A major allergen in rice is rice protein 16KD.
Rice Power Extract does not contain such allergenic substances.(It is reduced to a lower molecular weight)

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

All our products are allergy tested and irritation tested to ensure the safety.
Also, it is suitable for people who have a sensitive skin as it is hypoallergenic formula. All our skincare products are fragrance free, no artificial coloring, petroleum free, and do not contain ingredients of animal origin.
For ACPOLESS products, it is non-comedogenic tested and formulated with ingredients that are less likely to clog pores.
(Does not guarantee that acne will not occur for all people.)
We recommend patch testing if you have any concerns.

Can we use RICE FORCE products regardless of gender or age?

Anyone can use RICE FORCE products. You can choose the products according to your skin condition.

Should I use skincare products from the same brand?

The greatest benefit of using products from the same brand is that they are formulated to work well together.
Therefore, we recommend that you use products from the same brand.

Is it OK to use skincare products from different brands?

There is no problem to mix products of different brands because RICE FORCE products keep the skin healthy.
However, if you are using a cream that contains more oil from another company, we recommend that you apply RICE FORCE products first because it will decrease the absorption of the skin care.

What is the difference between the DEEP MOISTURE Collection and the Premium Perfect Collection?

The blue DEEP MOISTURE Collection which contains 40％*1 of "active ingredient, Rice Power No.11" is skincare series of nurturing skin moisture.

The black Premium Perfect Collection contains 50%*2 of "active ingredient, Rice Power No.11α". Premium Perfect collection is eging care series that also contains an active ingredient which prevent rough skin and beauty ingredients which treats aging skin.
Their texture is rich and dense.

Makeup Remover

Can I use RICE FORCE makeup remover for eyelash extentions?

RICE FORCE Makeup Remover contains oil, so it's not suitable for eyelash extensions.
When using it, please avoid the skin around the eyes.

I'm concerned about pores and roughness, so which Makeup remover should I use?

We recommend using a gel makeup remover.
It will become oily as it mixes with the makeup and can blend with the blackheads.
Also, if you use a cleansing brush in conjunction with the remover, it will be effective in those hard-to-reach areas around the nostrils.

Mild Face Wash

Does my dry skin feel tight if I wash my face with the Mild Face Wash?

Mild Face Wash is amino acid face wash at Low pH and gentle on skin.
Formulated with moisturizing ingredient, "Rice Power Extract No.1", it rinses away effectively but leaves the skin moist and smooth even for dry skin.

Deep Clear Lotion

What is the difference between Deep Clear Lotion and ACPOLESS Refresh Skin Toner?

Deep Clear Lotion contains more Rice Power Extract and ingredients for exfoliating and tightening than ACPOLESS Refresh Skin Toner.
Skin feels more hydrated and softer when it applied to the face.
Therefore, it's recommended for people who tend to have dry skin.

Deep Moisture Lotion

Which is better to apply lotion with hands or cottons?

As your skincare routine, apply lotion to your skin and wrap your face with clean palm.
Penetrate thoroughly with hand press. You will feel your face moisturized.
As your special skincare, we recommend a face pack with cotton.
Apply lotion to a cotton, and tear the cotton into 5 sheets.
Put the sheets on your face for about 3 ～ 5 minutes, then your face will feel more moisture.

Is there any treatment for the skin?

Please try adding a lotion pack + steam towel to the area you are concerned about.
Apply a lot of lotion cotton to the area of concern and cover it with vinyl wrap.
In addition, place a steaming towel on top for a long time to warm it to the core of your face.
Finally, warm the cream in the palm of your hand and apply with a massage. Please massage with the force of light tapping.

Deep Moisture Cream / Premium Perfect Cream

Can I use a face cream in the morning?

You can use it both in the morning and at night. If you have sticky skin or are concerned about makeup creasing, such as in the T-zone, please adjust the amount used in the morning.

What is the difference between the Premium Perfect Cream launched in October 2022 and the previous Premium Perfect Cream?

The amount of active ingredients contained in the previous Premium Perfect Cream has been increased from 40% to 50% ^*1, further enhancing the effect of "improving the skin's ability to retain moisture".
In addition, the active ingredient "TOCOPHERYL ACETATE", that prevents rough skin, and two beauty ingredients "Lipidure" and "Meadowfoam Oil" are blended to create a highly functional cream that is richer, firmer and more shinier.

ACPOLESS

My kids get Acne. Can kids use ACPOLESS series?

It can be widely used from adolescence to adult acne.
Also, regardless of gender, it is recommended for all people.
Adolescent acne or male acne is mainly caused by excess sebum.
It can be expected that Rice Power No.6 Extract has the effect of suppressing sebum secretion.

The ACPOLESS contains ingredients that suppress sebum secretion (Rice Power No.6 Extract), but does it dry out the skin?

The effect of Rice Power No.6 Extract is to suppress excessive sebum secretion and adjust to the proper amount.
Since it does not to suppress the necessary sebum, your skin may not feel dry.
※It has been demonstrated that there are no adverse cases caused by dryness on clinical data.
In addition, each product contains a variety of moisturizing ingredients, so you can feel fresh and hydrated.

Which line should I use if I have acne and pores?

Basically, if you have acne, please use the acne line.
ACNE CLEAR JELLY contains anti-inflammatory and bactericidal ingredients as active ingredients.

When your skin is stabilized to some extent, you can use 2 kinds of jelly. Please use them according to your priority and skin condition. The following HOW TO USE is recommended.

└ In the morning, focus on the pore-tightening effect of PORE MILK JELLY.
In the evening, focus on the anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects of ACNE CLEAR JELLY.

＜ Example 2 ＞
└You can use PORE MILK JELLY as a daily care.
Before menstruation or according to your skin condition, use ACNE CLEAR JELLY.

How long does this product take to work?

It generally takes about 28 days for skin cells to turn over.
The cell turnover cycle changes due to health conditions such as stress, sleep deprivation and aging, so if you continue to use it for more than a month or a month and a half, you will see the effect of ACPOLESS.

Does fragrance free have a scent?

Fragrance-free means it doesn't contain any ingredients that are included to give the product a scent.
However, this doesn't mean the product won't have a smell. ACPOLESS series contains the natural essential oils which have herbal scent.

Clay Cleanse

Why does Clay Cleanse not contain Rice Power No.6 Extract?

Rice Power No.6 Extract only works on what is applied to the skin. It does not work on what is washed off.
The purpose of face wash is to “wash away dirt and sebum, to remove darkening”, so we add Rice Power No.1 Extract (moisturizing ingredient) to strengthen the moisturizing power.
In general, alkaline soap bar & clay has a strong degreasing power, so it tends to be creaky. However, Clay Cleanse contains high level of Rice Power No.1 Extract, it keeps you moisturized.
It also contains Glycerin / Manuka Honey / Sorbitol as a moisturizing ingredient, so it is refreshing without being dry.

Is Clay Cleanse a cleansing product?

Clay Cleanse is not a cleanser.
Use a Makeup Remover to remove makeup stains.

Makeup Remover: For those who concerned about blackheads and roughness.

Refresh Skin Toner

It says to use only at night, but can I use Refresh Skin Toner in the morning?

The main purpose of Refresh Skin Toner is "to remove dead skin cells", so you could get enough benefits by using it only at night.
If you are concerned about thick skin cells or open pores, you can use it both day and night.

I have sensitive skin, do I need to wipe it off? Can I use the toner like a normal lotion?

For those who suffer from pores and acne, it is important not to accumulate unnecessary dead skin cells.
Although wiping the skin with Refresh Skin Toner is more effective, you can feel the effects slowly by just applying it to the face as it contains the exfoliating and softening ingredients.
For sensitive skin, 2 pumps of Refresh Skin Toner is the proper amount.

Which is better, Deep Clear Lotion or REFRESH SKIN TONER?

For sebum problems, open pores and oily skin, REFRESH SKIN TONER is recommended as it is formulated with Rice Power No.6 Extract.
Deep Clear Lotion is the pre-lotion to be applied before the lotion to enhance the penetration of Rice Power No.11 extract.

Pore Milk Jelly / Acne Clear Jelly

What is the difference between Pore Milk Jelly and Acne Clear Jelly?

[PORE MILK JELLY] This item is for open pores caused by excess sebum and contains pore tightening and cooling ingredients.
It is more oily than ACNE CLEAR JELLY.
[ACNE CLEAR JELLY] This item is formulated with Rice Power Extract No.6 which suppresses sebum production.
Also, anti-inflammatory ingredients: Glycyrrhizic Acid 2K, antibacterial ingredient: Aalicylic Acid.
These triple active ingredients make the skin less likely to get pimples.
After applying it, you will feel refreshed because it's a gel type.

Can they be used as all-in-one products?

Not all-in-one. Recommended for use in line.
If you have problems with open pores or pimples, it may be caused by dead skin, so wiping with REFRESH SKIN TONER is an early solution. REFRESH SKIN TONER contains Rice Power No.6 Extract which gently removes dead skin, so you will get a synergistic effect by using them in line.
At the end of the treatment, apply MOISTURE EMULSION to protect the skin from drying out.
It's not a heavy cream, you will feel a light texture and you can reapply it if you feel dry.
If you want to use only the jelly, please add an emulsion or a cream that you have.
