    Please be sure to check that you put right email address, and the email address is valid.

    If you have arranged the designated receiving list setting, please add the "riceforce.com" domain to sefe sender list to receive the order confirmation email from RICE FORCE.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping Costs

There is a flat-rate of $15 for shipping cost.
If you subscribe, shipping cost is free.

Delivery Date

Shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days once your order has been accepted and processed. However, the delivery date may vary depending in your location.

We will send you an email once your order has shipped.  Visit the Express Mail Service (EMS) site to track your order.

*Some orders may be subject to import taxes. 

Shipping is available worldwide. No additional import fees are necessary for 98% or more of our products.
Please note that import taxes may be charged on some orders.
(Import taxes are determined and assessed by customs service for further information.)

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products after an order is confirmed.
If there is a problem with your order, such as arriving wrong or defective products, we will refund you any shipping charges applied to the return.

Please be aware that we only accept returns for unopened products. The product also should be returned within 8 days of receiving the order. All returns are subject to approval at RICE FORCE's discretion. world@riceforce.com
