Order Confirmation

About order confirmation e-mail

Once we receive your order, we will send out a detailed order confirmation email. Please check the order contents for accuracy.
*If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email, please verify that you have entered a valid email address and check for typos when entering your email information. Please check your “Junk” email folder, the “Other” tab, and add “riceforce.com” to your whitelist domain in Settings.

Shipping Fees

We offer complimentary shipping all orders over $100. There is a $15 flat rate shipping for all other purchases.

Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days once your order has been accepted and processed.
Please refer to “Shipping Conformation Mail”, there’s tracking No. of courier in the mail.
If you haven’t received parcel after 2 weeks from receiving “Shipping conformation mail”, please contact us from HERE.

Your order will ship out from Japan via Express Mail Service (EMS) within 7 business days upon receiving your order. The delivery time depends on your geographical location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and you may track your order via the EMS website. *As of April 2020, our packages are being shipped via UPS due to COVID-19.
*Please note that import taxes may be imposed on some orders depending on the destination country of a package. Although the majority of our worldwide shipments have not incurred additional import duty fees, some packages have been subject to import taxes. Please consult the customs office in your country for more information.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or changes to your order cannot be accepted.
If there was damage during shipment, a defective product or an incorrect order was delivered, we will refund the return shipping fee. Only unopened products may be returned. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. Please email us at world@riceforce.com with “Product Returns” in the subject line within 8 calendar days of receiving the products for a return authorization.
