SPF (Sun Protection Factor) is a measure of UVB ray protection. Larger numbers indicate more effective protection. SPF 10 is sufficient for daily activities. There are three different levels of PA [PA+ to PA+++], which measure UVA ray protection. The length of protection is calculated by SPF1=20 minutes, so SPF25 would indicate [20 minutes x 25=approximately 8.3hours]. The actual length of protection will vary depending on factors such as activity level, skin type, and weather conditions, but it is recommended to reapply every 4-5 hours in the hot summer.
